>Modern proverbs – children are great biological weapons

>How do they do it?

You take a perfectly simple sniffle or cold that in the adult world would pass by without too much hassle but let the small people at it and suddenly the nice little bug has been transformed into a killer cold that takes forever to get rid of, leaves you with a cough that makes you sound like you smoke 40 a day and makes you feel like spending days under your duvet (oh wouldn’t that be nice but show me one Mother given time off when under the weather).

And then there are the tummy bugs … virulent, violent and very very awful.
Is this what they are learning whilst being brainwashed by Baby Einstein ? How to evolve bugs to quietly wipe out the parents and leave them in charge ?

A proverb (from the Latin proverbium), also called a byword or nayword, is a simple and concrete saying popularly known and repeated which expresses a truth, based on common sense or the practical experience of humanity.
